Patient Testimonials

I have never met such a wonderful group of people.  Dr. Massie is always professional and caring.  His expertise is up to date with top of the line technology.  He cares about me and my family and is never in such a hurry that he doesn’t chat a bit about what’s new with the kids, the parents, etc. The office and rooms are always clean and the entry way attractive.  Now, even the parking lot is spacious and clean.  The staff members are fantastic people.  They, too, are professional and always talk with me and sit with me to make me feel comfortable and secure in knowing all will be well.   The office ladies greet me with smiles and questions about my kids, filling me with pride.  I have never enjoyed going to “the dentist” before changing to Dr. Massie and his fabulous staff.  Now I am happy to drive from Columbia with a clean, healthy and pain free mouth to get the best care I feel I can get. ~ Ann E.

Thank you for your professionalism and courtesy.  You should be proud of your work for perfection and your bedside manner is noticed and appreciated. ~ Gerri H.

Over the last 15 years there have been many changes to the Lake area and each time we return, something is different.  However, some things do stay the same and your wonderful staff is one of them.  There is something endearing each time I walk into your office and greet you and your staff.   Everyone is so kind, friendly and I believe, truly interested in me, my family and my dental health care.  Where else does staff ask to see pictures of one’s grandchild? ~ Christina K.

The call Monday evening from Dr. Massie was very much appreciated.  Thank you. I put it on my Facebook and told everyone how special you and your staff are. ~ Pat P.

Dr. Massie is great.  I have reached a point in my life that I no longer dread going to the dentist and it is all because of everyone at Premier Dental.  You all are really great! ~ Rae Ann K.
