My little boy had to have a lip tie removal and they were so calming, reassuring, and educational. They made the experience for us and our little boy so much better than we thought it would be. Very grateful they were the ones who did it!

I am SO THANKFUL to find Dr Massie and his team!!! They are all so friendly and super knowledgeable about all dental issues. They treat everyone, including each other with kindness and respect!!! Their technology and in office CT scan is super helpful as well to see all that is going on. I've had bad root canals, which have led to bad infection and Dr. Massie has cleaned out the infections and made sure it doesn't
come back. I highly recommend
them!! I sure won't be going anywhere else!! They are the BEST!!

They have done wonderful work for me and my family. From saving teeth to increasing my over health and feel of my mouth. I can't reccomend them enough. Dr Massie has even taken time for emergent issues to give me temporary fixes until he can get me in to formally address the issue. No other dentist has the commitment or knowledge exhibted here.

I went in for a small toothache and I ended up needing a root canal.
They got me in so quickly, and it was actually the best dental experience I’ve ever had.
They go above and beyond for every patient, including my children. Now I drive four hours to see Dr. Massey, because I love him and his team so much.
I highly recommend this practice. I would give them 10 stars if I could! I’m so glad I found them.

Everyone at Premier Dental is so kind and knowledgeable. They take time to listen to and answer all of my questions. They really care about their patients. I have been anxious about numbing because of bad experiences in the past before starting with Dr. Massie. But Dr. Massie uses the highest quality numbing medications, I truly don’t feel a thing! That’s a really big deal to me! I also like that they have appointments later in the day, which works better for my schedule. Finally, Dr. Massie and the entire team at Premier Dental took my son under their wing and helped him pursue his interest in dentistry. They shared their time, professionalism and knowledge with him, and now he’s been accepted to Dental School! Premier Dental & Oral Health Group gives so much back to the community and the people of the Lake area in so many different ways! Thank you for all you do!

Every time I visit premier dental I’m treated royally! I’m a the biggest chicken in the world going to the dentist. They are so kind and gentle. I’m not saying going to the dentist is a treat but I don’t dread it and feel sick before I go any more.

I have been going to Premier Dental and oral health group for over 20 years. I highly recommend them, Dr Massie is the best dentist, I have ever been to, and his whole staff is amazing. I had a bad experience with a dentist, when I was a child, so I have always been very nervous going to the dentist, but they make me feel very comfortable.

Had a very great experience today 13 Mar 24 getting a crown, Dr Massie provided excellent care with my prep and final crown placement, plus I always love to talk about the KC Chiefs with a real fan. Miranda was very clear about every step of the process. She ensured I was numb and it took three times to get me ready for the procedure, it was a pleasant and pain free dental day.
I want to thank Miranda for a wonderful experience and Jerry for placing my Crown.

I would give 10 stars if possible! I had a difficult to handle emergency and am from Florida. My front tooth crown with an implant came loose. They squeezed me in and obtained my records (Tiffany, thank you thank you). Dr Massie was able to do the repair and saved the crown. The staff is amazing. Every single person was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. What a gem!!!

I've always had a fear of the dentist. Premier Dental states they treat you like family...they mean it!! They are amazing. The friendliness & communication from the WHOLE staff is outstanding. I am incredibly greatful I was referred to Dr Massie and his team. I have never been this relaxed at the dentist. I trust them 100%. Rare gem to find a dental office like them! I highly recommend!!

I absolutely LOVE the team here— amazing people and I always feel so welcomed and cared for!!
The only reason I put a 4 instead of 5 star is that they are definitely on the higher end, cost-wise($$$), however they DO accept Care Credit which is perfect for us! I would highly recommend Premier Dental, and am so thankful to get to be a recipient of their professional, friendly, and thorough services!!

Choosing Premier Dental was one of the best decisions I have made in years. The whole entire staff is caring and knowledgeable as it’s their job to be that way however it’s how you do it that makes a difference and Premier Dental makes a huge difference. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Massey and his entire staff. From the moment I started going there initially for checkups and cleaning I have always felt welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Massey and staff are very knowledgeable in their field and use the most advanced procedures available. I was fortunate to finally be able to do Invisalign through Premier Dental after many years of crooked, crowded teeth and also jaw issues. The entire 16 month experience was top notch. I was incredibly impressed with this office from the front end patient advocates to the hygienists to the dentist. Everyone is so nice and caring and there to serve and help for patients to have a positive experience. Dr Massie spent actual time explaining things and showing what they meant.
