I don’t normally post reviews, but I felt led to post this one!

From the moment I walked into Premier Dental Group, I was greeted with the warmest smiles from Cindy and the sweet lady at the front desk (I didn’t catch her name, but she was just as kind!). They immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome.

Kylee, my hygienist, was absolutely amazing—so kind, patient, and thorough. She explained everything as she went, and her gentle care really stood out.

Then came Dr. Massie—what a genuine soul! He was professional, gentle, and truly cared about me as a person, not just a patient. When he said, “You’re part of our family now—welcome to the family,” I actually teared up.

This place is beyond exceptional—A+mazing! And this was only my first visit! I can’t say enough about how wonderful this team is.

Dr. Massie and team are amazing and so incredibly thorough! On a routine dental visit, Dr. Massie found nodule on my thyroid and insisted I have it checked with my Doctor. Turns out it was thyroid cancer caught very early, thanks to him!! They have a patient for life ❤️

I’ve been with Premier dental since I was 5.. 20 years later and I’m sadly parting ways with an absolute amazing staff, dental assistants, and the big guy Ron. I know a lot of you guys love this dental office but if you’ve never been here I suggest you go ahead and give them a call. I’m moving out of state and I sure will miss the crew. If I could give more stars I would. I brought my 5 day old son in to see Dr. Massie for a lip tie that was extremely painful to nurse with. All of the staff were incredibly kind and caring making sure there was nothing I needed to make myself or my son more comfortable while we were there. They explained in detail what the plan was to take care of my son’s lip tie (numbing medicine, the procedure, the positioning, staff roles, etc). Dr. Massie used a laser to remove the tie (took all of 30 seconds to correct if that) and was so incredible. For a mama who was terrified to bring her 5 day old to have a procedure done I could not imagine it going more flawless than it did. After they were done they let me sit and nurse my son before I left as well! 10/5 stars from me.

We are so grateful for Premier Dental, Dr. Massie and his entire team. Our family has been going here for over 10 years! Dr. Massie is not only incredibly skilled and professional, but he genuinely cares for his patients and always takes the time to make sure we’re comfortable and well-informed. Not to mention he always follows up and checks on his patients post-surgery, etc.

Dr. Massie also takes such wonderful care of kids! My son talks about Dr. Massie regularly and actually looks forward to his appointments — which says so much! The team goes above and beyond to make visits fun and positive for kids, from dress up, to giving them stickers and a turn at the toy machine when they’re done. They’ll even send cards in the mail from time to time!

And we can’t say enough about Cindy — she may honestly be the sweetest human ever. Her warmth and kindness fills the entire office and makes every visit feel like catching up with family. From the front desk to the hygienists and assistants, everyone is friendly, patient, and helpful.

We’re so thankful for the consistent care, integrity, and compassion this office has shown year after year. Premier Dental truly lives up to its name!

I am SO THANKFUL to find Dr Massie and his team!!! They are all so friendly and super knowledgeable about all dental issues. They treat everyone, including each other with kindness and respect!!! Their technology and in office CT scan is super helpful as well to see all that is going on. I've had bad root canals, which have led to bad infection and Dr. Massie has cleaned out the infections and made sure it doesn't
come back. I highly recommend
them!! I sure won't be going anywhere else!! They are the BEST!!

They have done wonderful work for me and my family. From saving teeth to increasing my over health and feel of my mouth. I can't reccomend them enough. Dr Massie has even taken time for emergent issues to give me temporary fixes until he can get me in to formally address the issue. No other dentist has the commitment or knowledge exhibted here.

I went in for a small toothache and I ended up needing a root canal.
They got me in so quickly, and it was actually the best dental experience I’ve ever had.
They go above and beyond for every patient, including my children. Now I drive four hours to see Dr. Massey, because I love him and his team so much.
I highly recommend this practice. I would give them 10 stars if I could! I’m so glad I found them.

Everyone at Premier Dental is so kind and knowledgeable. They take time to listen to and answer all of my questions. They really care about their patients. I have been anxious about numbing because of bad experiences in the past before starting with Dr. Massie. But Dr. Massie uses the highest quality numbing medications, I truly don’t feel a thing! That’s a really big deal to me! I also like that they have appointments later in the day, which works better for my schedule. Finally, Dr. Massie and the entire team at Premier Dental took my son under their wing and helped him pursue his interest in dentistry. They shared their time, professionalism and knowledge with him, and now he’s been accepted to Dental School! Premier Dental & Oral Health Group gives so much back to the community and the people of the Lake area in so many different ways! Thank you for all you do!

Had a very great experience today 13 Mar 24 getting a crown, Dr Massie provided excellent care with my prep and final crown placement, plus I always love to talk about the KC Chiefs with a real fan. Miranda was very clear about every step of the process. She ensured I was numb and it took three times to get me ready for the procedure, it was a pleasant and pain free dental day.

I would give 10 stars if possible! I had a difficult to handle emergency and am from Florida. My front tooth crown with an implant came loose. They squeezed me in and obtained my records (Tiffany, thank you thank you). Dr Massie was able to do the repair and saved the crown. The staff is amazing. Every single person was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. What a gem!!!

I absolutely LOVE the team here— amazing people and I always feel so welcomed and cared for!!
The only reason I put a 4 instead of 5 star is that they are definitely on the higher end, cost-wise($$$), however they DO accept Care Credit which is perfect for us!
